Led by certified prenatal fitness specialists, our classes adapt to each trimester and recovery stage, focusing on core and pelvic floor strengthening, safe stretching, breathing techniques for labor and recovery, and gentle reintroduction to exercise postpartum.

First Trimester

Your Recovery Journey
Returning to exercise after having a baby requires patience and expert guidance. Our postpartum classes provide a safe, supportive environment to rebuild strength, heal your core, and reconnect with your body.
Early Recovery (6-12 weeks)
Gentle breath work, pelvic floor activation, and walking. Focus on healing and gradual reconnection.
Rebuilding (3-6 months)
Progressive core strengthening, posture correction, and gentle full-body conditioning.
Returning to Practice (6+ months)
Integration into regular classes with continued modifications as needed for your unique recovery.
Complimentary on-site care for infants through preschool age during all prenatal and postpartum classes.

Your safety and the safety of your baby is our highest priority. All our prenatal instructors are certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness protocols.
