Grip Socks

We recommend grip socks for stability and hygiene. We have them available for purchase if you forget yours.

Water Bottle

Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle. We have filtered water available for refills.

Positive Attitude

Come with an open mind and willingness to learn. Pilates is a journey, not a destination.

What We Provide

All equipment is included in your class fee. We provide premium Pilates mats, props (blocks, straps, balls), and towels. Our equipment is sanitized before every class for your safety and comfort.

Lockers available: Secure your belongings in our complimentary lockers. Please leave valuables at home.

Safety First

Health Screening

Your safety is our top priority. Before your first class, we ask all new clients to complete a brief health screening form. This helps our instructors understand your needs and provide appropriate modifications.

The information you provide is kept strictly confidential and is only used to ensure you have a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience.

Form Includes:
